What is responsible ♻️ recycling at SigmaGear?

Each SigmaGear we 🚚 deliver includes an end-of-life responsible recycling 🤝🏻 promise.

Once you're 🏳️ done using the product, drop us an 📧 email at support@sigmagear.in with your corresponding order #️⃣ number.

We will arrange for a 🏗️ pickup of your used gear for responsible ♻️ recycling with the help of our 📜 certified recycling partners, ensuring its 🌎 eco-friendly & 🌱 sustainable disposal.

How do I order prescription 👓 glasses?

1. Browse our 🗂️ collection and select your preferred frame.
   
   
2. Choose your 🔭 lenses — Single Vision or Progressive — and complete your 💳 purchase.
   
   If you're not sure about your lens requirement, make a ☝🏻 Single Vision purchase. Our 🎓 optometrist will review your prescription and ✅ recommend Progressives if necessary.
   
   
3. Submit your 📝 prescription by replying to the 🛎️ order confirmation email and await 📦 delivery

Can I use my 💾 existing prescription?

Yes, you can use your existing prescription, but please ensure it is 🗓️ up-to-date for ⚖️ optimal vision correction.

An 🦕 outdated prescription may not provide the 🧩 correction you need.

Can I try frames 🤖 virtually before purchasing?

No amount of 🖥️ technology can truly capture how frames will look and feel on you compared to trying them 🎢 in person.

Don't settle for 🎲 guesswork – try them out yourself. 🚚 Returns are on us, no questions asked.

How ⏳ long does it take to receive my glasses?

Typically, it takes about 2️⃣ two to 5️⃣ five working days to receive your glasses after placing an order. This timeframe includes ⚙️ processing, 🎨 customization of your lenses (if needed), and 🚚 shipping.

What is your return and refund 📒 policy?

If you’re not 🫶🏻 happy with your glasses, you can 🪃 return them within 7️⃣ seven days of delivery. We will initiate a 💱 refund once the product reaches our 🗄️ warehouse.

Please ensure all items received in the 🎁 delivery packet are in their 🏷️ original condition.

Do you offer any ✍🏻 warranties on your glasses?

Yes, we provide 6️⃣ six months warranty on all our glasses against 🏭 manufacturing defects. This includes issues like lens 🖌️ coating defects.

Accidental damage or wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.
