Some gears take ⏳ longer to prepare than others since 🌟 perfection cannot be rushed.

Returns

End-of-life returns for responsible ♻️ recycling

Drop us an 📧 email at support@sigmagear.in with your corresponding order number, and we will arrange for a 🏗️ pickup of your used SigmaGear for responsible ♻️ recycling.

Discretionary 🪃 returns

Your SigmaGear undergoes a 🧮 series of rigorous quality ✅ checks before it is shipped to you.

In the 🦚 unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product, you can raise your concerns by 📧 emailing us at support@sigmagear.in within 7️⃣ seven days of the date of delivery.

We will arrange for a 🏗️ pickup, inspect the product upon receipt, and initiate a 💵 refund for valid claims.

Please ensure all items received in the 🎁 delivery packet are in their 🏷️ original condition.

Typically, it takes 🔟 ten to twelve working days for the refund to 💱 reach you after it has been initiated.

Please note that refund requests may be declined if the products are damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
